Get started with the Base Chakra:

Place your hand on the pelvic bones and ask with the Biotensor:

Is the Chakra 100% balanced?

If so, continue to the second chakra

If not - put the Biotensor aside, place both hands on the pelvic bones, and do tapping for a few minutes while you breathe slowly and deeply.
