Tapping to the infinity - Chapter #1

EFT Training - Tapping Chapter 1

Cleansing your heart from difficult people- a small action for great results. 

Forgiveness is always advisable and welcomed- with this simple and enjoyable exercise you can detach from all the emotional and energetic ties which bound you to people who are difficult for you to handle in all areas of your life.

Step 1

Draw an infinity ∞ sign on an A4/Letter head size paper.

Write your name in the middle of one of the circles and the name of the "offender" in the other one.

Connect a line between the two names, making the line touch the print of both.

Above the center of the line, write in bold letters the word- Pardon.

beneath the center of the line, write in bold letters the word- Forgiveness.

Move your finger along the infinity sign multiple times, over and over. Eye your hand movement, as you trace the ∞ from left and upwards to right and upwards.

Step 2

Tap as many times as you can over the drawn ∞ on your page (Yes, yes- tapping over the page works exactly as tapping on one’s body).

Please notice

You are not required to feel love, forgiveness, or pardon. Simply focus your attention on the physical exercise and surrender your mind to absorb the message and transform it into an emotional experience.

Make sure to follow the hand gesture with eye movement, creating the ∞ throughout the entire exercise.

Use both hands separately and together, both as you trace them ∞ with your fingers and tap it.
