Increase your concentration- a small action for great results
Occasionally when our full attention, concentration, and attentiveness are required to perform tasks, tiredness and heaviness overcome us and we find it difficult to function at a high level.
Using a brief 2-3 tapping session you could elevate your concentration and alertness immensely.
I use this technique myself with awe as I experience the swift transition from tiredness to a state of alert, concentration, and focus.
Step 1
Place the palm of your hand on the crown of your head as you breathe deeply and consciously for a few seconds.
Begin tapping the ∞ symbol starting at the center of the crown forwards, and leftwards downwards, and back to the center. Repeat several times and then switch direction so you start at the crown forwards, rightwards, downwards, and back to the center. Tap away and enjoy- for at least 8 rounds.
Step 2
Tap using 2 fingers between your eyebrows for a few seconds.
Form an ∞ Infinity symbol around your eyes, starting upwards and leftwards. Proceed to the right side completing the ∞ symbol.
Tap along your left eyebrow, the edges of your eye, your eye socket, and return to between your eyebrows.
Continue tapping along your right eyebrow, the edges of your eye, your eye socket, and return to between your eyebrows.
Tap until you feel yourself become significantly more energetic… As I’ve promised, this will happen within minutes… Anything is tappable and changeable… effortlessly!!!
