Physical pain relief - a small action for great results
Step 1
Draw using your fingers the ∞ symbol on the painful area. Repeat the motion starting from the center, upwards and leftwards until you feel your touch flowing.
Change the direction of the movement and repeat several times, starting from the center, upwards and rightwards.
Step 2
Tap on top of the painful area as you drew it before several times.
Make sure to trace your hand movement with your eyes, chanting out loud, assertively, repeatedly, and in the present tense as you tap:
“The pain is going away, the pain is going away, the pain is going away”.
Tap and enjoy- instead of using pills, ointments, and shots choose to help yourselves in a natural, self-implemented way.
